We wish to invite you to have your say on how we at TSG do business with you and how the tobacco companies do business with you. We will use your feedback to identify where we can improve our services to you.

TSG have again instructed Bergent Research to conduct the survey with you and the rest of our network. All invitations will hit inboxes by the end of today from [email protected] – if you haven't received it, be sure to check your spam folder.

As a token of our thanks, we are offering a $30 voucher for the online shop for completing the survey. Your answers are still anonymous, as they have been each year. Bergent does not record who said what.

Longbeach 25g RYO promotion currently running in QLD – With the deletion of the RED 25g variant PML have agreed to pay the deferred scan component if stores still have stock on hand.

The 3 Ps

Promotions – PML extending current Chesterfield 20s case deal and increased case deal on Chesterfield 40s. Going forward the brands highlighted in pink are brands and/or promotions TSG receives that the other groups do not. PML used to have Hybrid and non-hybrid on the sheet but now all our stores will receive these additional promotions.

Imperial – Decreased rebate on Horizon 93mm 20s – all stores. Increased rebate on JPS+ Crushball 25s for Hybrid Stores only to be paid deferred. Period. Purchases per order will be capped to the following amounts – Red x 2, Blue x 6, Gold x 4 ctns.

BAT – again a number of extensions and case deal changes.

Price board/ticketing and price per stick all updated.
